The Song School has been completely reinvented for the 21st Century. Now, in 2010 we are heading a recruitment drive for up to 18 new boys and girls to become part of the choir here. As well as singing two services per week with the Songmen (experienced alto, tenor and bass singers), the choristers enjoy a fun and diverse social life with away days, trips out, choir holidays etc.

A hard working chorister can earn up to £500+ per year and earn extra fees for weddings on top of that! Apart from the musical education that choristers receive they learn how to interact with one another and build lasting friendships. Despite what looks like a busy schedule, choristers often achieve higher grades in exams!

With the recent media attention with programmes such as The Choir, The last choir standing, X-factor and the like, it is clear that there has never been a better time to join a choir.
